Welcome to Puerto Discount Card, the digital and physical discount card for people who visit Playa del Carmen, Cancún and Puerto Morelos. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

  • Puerto Discount Card: Discount card valid in affiliated businesses.

  • User: Person who acquires and uses the card.

  • Affiliated Business: Establishment participating in our discount network.

2. Conditions for Users

  1. Single Payments:

    • Payments are unique and correspond exclusively to the period of the purchased plan: weekly, semiannual (6 months) or annual (1 year).

    • Once the plan is purchased, no refunds or changes are allowed.

  2. Payment Methods:

    • We accept payments through PayPal, Stripe and MercadoPago for your convenience and security.

  3. Validity of Promotions:

    • To make any promotion valid, you must show your active or physical digital card at affiliated businesses.

    • Promotions cannot be combined with other current offers at participating businesses.

  4. Changes in Prices and Promotions:

    • Plan prices may change without prior notice.

    • Promotions and discounts offered by affiliated businesses are subject to change.

  5. Unlimited Use:

    • Discounts are unlimited within the validity period of your card and apply to all affiliated businesses.

  6. Restrictions:

    • We are not responsible for purchases of more than one plan at the same time.

3. Conditions for Affiliated Businesses

  1. Business Registration:

    • Businesses wishing to join must fill out our registration form completely and correctly.

    • Completing the form does not guarantee registration on our platform.

    • We reserve the right to accept or reject any business that does not meet the ideals of Puerto Discount Card.

  2. Changes in Promotions:

    • Affiliated businesses are free to update their promotions, upon prior notification to Puerto Discount Card.

4. Affiliate and Referral Program

  • Affiliated Users:

    • Each affiliate user can offer a 10% discount to new users who register with their unique code.

    • Affiliated users will also get 10% commission for each person registered with their code.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Puerto Discount Card is not responsible for:

    • Errors in the presentation of promotions in affiliated businesses.

    • Businesses that stop participating in the platform.

    • Any inconvenience generated by misuse of the card by the user or the business.

7. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

By purchasing and using the Puerto Discount Card, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
